The Beaver Street Apartment Complex (BSAC) is an income-based housing cooperative that is managed by Connecticut Institute For Communities. The complex consists of 70 single-family townhouses with a small, private yard and ranging in size from one to five bedrooms. Housing eligibility at BSAC is established by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is based on income and availability.
